ABOUT RONALD

Ronald Bathrick established his own firm after spending more than a decade working for some of the nation’s largest Property & Casualty insurers. His experience includes helping clients navigate matters in the areas of insurance, real estate, personal injury, and general & commercial litigation.

Ronald is uniquely suited to assist businesses in entity formation, organizational structure, contracts, purchase and sale agreements, and business disputes. He serves as outside General Counsel for small businesses and entrepreneurs to provide ongoing representation and guidance on legal matters.

Ronald has extensive experience with various methods of alternative dispute resolution and is a trained mediator.

Ronald currently is a member of the New Haven County Bar Association and completed his Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law.
